- Cross Cast Prospect allows sales prospects to be quickly entered, classified
- and primed to receive an introductory letter using the selective mailing
- facility. A dated sales history/action due file is then opened and the prospect
- is added to the forecast reports, salesperson's prospect list and diaries, all
- subject to security procedures. Prospects are graded based on imminence of
- order and allocated a potential sales value and a conversion factor from which
- overall forecasts are calculated to aid management decision-making. Lead
- analysis reports gauge effectiveness of marketing while providing lost sales
- analysis and recording sales gained to any detail level required. Users can
- optionally transfer prospect details to sales ledger and job costing sub-system
- when required. Cross Cast Prospect is one of a range of integrated modules
